Born from a long-held dream, this local business has chosen to offer its customers a complete taste experience, thanks in part to Pausa's Ginny instant coffee machine . We chatted with the owner to find out how the business began, what makes the place special, and why she chose to partner with us.
A dream that starts with grandparents
Before opening Crema e Cioccolato, I ran a small grocery store, inherited from my grandparents. It was a historic business in the area, but my dream had always been to have my own café. So, in 2020, I decided to take the plunge and open Crema e Cioccolato, joining the franchise.
The only ice cream shop in town
We're the only place in town to also offer artisanal ice cream. Plus, we have a lovely outdoor terrace with plenty of space for the summer and a cozy indoor dining room in the winter. A place where you can relax all year round.
I already knew Marco, our reference
I learned about Pausa through the sales rep Marco, whom I've been following for a long time and trust a lot. He was the one who recommended your products to me, and I have to say, he was spot on.
Pausa won me over at the first sip
I immediately fell in love with the design: the cups are beautiful, and the colors of the Ginny machine are eye-catching. Then I tasted the chocolate... and I was won over. Even the packaging is meticulously crafted, immediately conveying a sense of quality.
